How to Release Emails for a Shared Mailbox

Step-by-Step Guide

1 Log in to the Barracuda Email Gateway Portal

Access the portal using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

2 Switch to the Shared Mailbox

Click on your profile icon and select the shared mailbox from the dropdown menu.

3 Access the Quarantine Inbox

Navigate to the "Quarantine" section in the main menu.

4 Release the Email

Select the email(s) you want to release and click the "Release" button. Confirm the action when prompted.
