Log in to the Barracuda Email Gateway Portal
Access the portal using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

Navigate to the Quarantine Inbox
Click on "Quarantine" in the main navigation menu.

Find the Email to Release
Use the search or filter options to locate the specific email you want to release.

Release the Email
Select the email and click the "Release" button. Confirm the action when prompted.
