How to Release a Quarantined Email

Step-by-Step Guide

1 Log in to the Barracuda Email Gateway Portal

Access the portal using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

2 Navigate to the Quarantine Inbox

Click on "Quarantine" in the main navigation menu.

3 Find the Email to Release

Use the search or filter options to locate the specific email you want to release.

4 Release the Email

Select the email and click the "Release" button. Confirm the action when prompted.
