How to Manage Allow/Block Lists

Step-by-Step Guide

1 Log in to the Barracuda Email Gateway Portal

Access the portal using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

2 Navigate to Allow/Block Lists

Click on "Settings" in the main menu, then select "Allow/Block Lists".

3 Add a New Entry

Click "Add New" and enter the email address or domain you want to allow or block.

4 Configure Entry Settings

Select whether to allow or block the entry, and choose any additional options like expiration date.

5 Save Changes

Click "Save" to apply your changes. The new rule will take effect immediately.
