Prepare Your Banner Assets
Create or obtain your banner images in the following formats:
- Recommended size: 600px width
- File format: PNG or JPG
- Maximum file size: 100KB
- Include alt text for accessibility

Access the Banner Manager
In the Exclaimer portal, navigate to "Marketing" > "Banners".

Upload Your Banner
Click "Add New Banner" and upload your prepared image.

Configure Banner Settings
Set up your banner with the following options:
- Link destination URL
- Display duration (start/end dates)
- Target audience (specific departments or all users)
- Click tracking preferences

Preview and Test
