Step-by-Step Guide

1 Access Sender Policies

In the Barracuda portal:

  1. Go to Menu > Settings
  2. Click on the Sender Policy tab

2 Add New Rule

To add a sender to allow/block list:

  1. Enter the email address or domain
  2. Select policy type:
    • Allow (Exempt) – Always allow emails
    • Block – Always block emails
    • Quarantine – Hold for review
  3. Add optional comment
  4. Click Add to save

3 Manage Existing Rules

To modify or remove rules:

  1. Find the rule in the list
  2. Use the More Options (⋯) menu
  3. Choose Edit or Delete
