Identify Suspicious Emails
Look for these common signs of suspicious emails:

Use the Report Button
In Outlook, click the "Report Suspicious Email" button in the toolbar. If you don't see the button, you can forward the email to: [email protected]

Complete the Report Form
When reporting, provide:
- Reason for reporting
- Any additional context
- Whether you clicked any links or opened attachments

Submit the Report
Click "Submit" to send the report to the security team. You'll receive a confirmation email.
